If your meter has been locked due to non-payment, your balance must be paid in full. If you cut the lock/tab or tamper with the meter in any form there will be a $200.00 tampering fee added to your balance. As well as the possibility of calling the sheriffs dept.

EXTREME COLD WINTER ADVISORY ALERT
As a Hard freeze has been issued for our coverage area, please take action to prevent frozen pipes:
1.Find shut off valves for emergencies 2. Insulate pipes in unheated areas and all outside pipes and faucets 3. Turn off water to outside spigots and drain all water in the line 4. Drain in-ground lawn irrigation systems (use your manufacturer instructions) 5. Water utilities are responsible for water mains and pipelines that connect to your meter, but not the pipes located on your property. If a pipe bursts on your property, call a plumber immediately for repairs. 6. Take in consideration, our crew’s will be working to maintain the main lines and well sites. PLEASE do your part by making sure you have a customer cut-off valve and it is properly working BEFORE THE FREEZE arrives. IF YOUR HOUSEHOLD PIPES BURST, SHUT OFF YOUR MAIN WATER VALVE & CALL A LICENSED PLUMBER IMMEDIATELY.
